At The Injury Clinic, runners arent just people we treat – theyre people we genuinely understand. Thats why were proud to be sponsoring this years Market Harborough Half Marathon, an event that captures everything we value: movement, community and helping people feel confident in their bodies while doing what they love.

For over 12 years, weve worked with runners from Market Harborough and the surrounding area; from first-time half marathoners to experienced club athletes chasing new personal bests and those few crazy enough to attempt an ultra! Along the way, weve supported runners through every stage of their journey: building mileage, managing niggles, recovering from injury setbacks and staying strong all the way to race day.

Running places unique demands on the body. Tight calves, sore knees, achy hips or those persistent little niggles” are often brushed aside as just part of the sport. But left unchecked, small issues can quickly become bigger problems. Our experience has shown that early support and the right treatment at the right time can make the difference between consistent training and time spent watching others on Strava.

At The Injury Clinic, we take a personalised, runner-focused approach. We dont just treat symptoms, we look at how you move, how you train and what youre working towards. Whether that means hands-on treatment, targeted rehabilitation or advice to help you train more confidently, everything we do is focused on keeping you running well, not just getting you out of pain.

For many runners, the Market Harborough Half Marathon represents months of commitment long before race day. Early mornings, long runs, tired legs and the determination to balance training with work and family life. We see that dedication every day in the runners we work with, and it
s why were proud to support an event that reflects the resilience of local runners and the important role movement plays in staying healthy, active and connected here in Market Harborough.

If youre struggling with a niggle, a recurring issue or want to address something early, our experienced team is here to help you keep your training on track and arrive at race day feeling prepared and confident.

You focus on the miles, we’ll help with the rest.

Good luck to everyone taking part. Well be cheering you on every step of the way.
