Christmas-themed 2k ‘Jingle Bell’ Family Fun Run
at Lutterworth Country Park

Celebrate Christmas with your family and friends at our Christmas-themed fancy dress fun run on the tracks in Lutterworth Country Park. There’s Jingle Bells and an awesome finishers medal for all participants, as well as spot prizes for the best fancy dress!

Race information

We know that you love Christmas and running, so what could be better than a Christmas-themed fancy dress 2k fun run, with Jingle Bells on, to kick-off the festive season?

We’ve created a great route on the tracks within Lutterworth Country Park which will be fully marked and marshalled by elves, snowmen, reindeer, a christmas pudding, and Santa himself!

Every participant will be given a set of Jingle Bells to wear to help create a sea of Christmas sound across the park as they run.

Entries

Online entries are open priced at £10.

As well as an awesome finishers medal, entry also includes free event photos for all participants and, of course, your Jingle Bells!

Minimum age for entry is 4 years old on the day of the event.

Children under the age of 11 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Entries, and transfer of entries, will close 7-days before the event.

Start time/location

Registration opens at Lutterworth Leisure Centre at 12:00 on the day of the event for you to collect your race numbers and Jingle Bells.

The fun run starts at 2pm in Lutterworth Country Park which is a short walk from the Leisure Centre. The route to the country park will be fully signed.

The fun run will start close to the small car park at the country park.

Parking & Loos

There is free parking available at Lutterworth Leisure Centre for all participants. No parking will be available at the country park.

Participants are also able to use the toilet facilities at the leisure centre. There are no toilet facilities at the country park, so please be sure to go before you head across!

Refreshments & Entertainment

Penny’s Vintage Coffee Bar will be in attendance serving a selection of hot and cold drinks, and a delicious range of home baked sweet treats will be available from the team at Cookies & Whoopies.

We will also have Christmas music playing throughout the event to get you in the Christmas spirit!

Event support

As with all Race Harborough events, there will be professional first aid on hand at the start and finish with the ability to access participants across the country park. Race Harborough volunteers will also be out on the course, in suitable fancy dress, to ensure you stay on course!

Prizes

All finishers will receive an awesome ‘Jingle Bell Run’ event medal – we will reveal the design on our Facebook page shortly!

There will also be spot prizes for the best fancy dress.

Free event photos!

As with all Race Harborough events – you don’t pay for your event photos! Free digital downloads of the event will be available to download soon after the event finishes and we’ll announce their availability on our Facebook page.

Charity

For 2026, the main focus of our charity support will continue to be the Jubilee Foodbank, Market Harborough, and the Weston Favell Centre Foodbank, Northampton. Everyone who enters a Race Harborough event will be given the opportunity to make a donation to support these good causes and, we hope, our event community will rise to the challenge and help make a difference to those that need it most.
